Exchanges

Please check goods and product labels when received. If you wish to exchange an item please contact us. We will exchange any item for another size /colour/ equivalent priced product without charge if returned within 14 days of receipt. The returned item must be unused. 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If returning for exchange from outside the UK the customs label must state, 'goods returned to seller for exchange-no duty applicable'. If this is not present the goods will not be accepted. 

Special offers and Disounted Purchases

The return or exchange of an offer price or discount item will result in the cancellation of the offer and the relevant credit reduction. Any remaining goods purchased within that offer would then revert to a non-offer value.
