Cut vinyl explained:
This is where a design is cut from a roll of single colour vinyl. It can be any shape, including text. The excess vinyl which is not needed is removed or weeded away leaving just the vinyl needed for the job.
Both signage and garment vinyl are used in this way. You can see examples on this page and other pages of the website. We also create images by adding two or three colours either overlaying or combining. If your work is block colour this is the method we generally use.
The price for vinyl cutting is calculated on the vinyl cost and time needed to weed and apply. We are happy to provide a quote when you supply a job specification, as this is not a set price like printing.

Printed signage:
We created this image from a photo and illustrations. Printed with eco-solvent inks then laminated, cut and applied to an aluminium composite sign board.
The fully weatherproof composite board is 3mm depth 420 x 594mm with rounded corners.
Job cost: £43 each board

Pressed garment vinyl:
Celebrating a very special build of two motorcycles, an HRD and a Vincent the owner wanted t-shirts printed with the correct logos.
We vectored the logo's so they are now available in any size whilst retaining definition should they be needed for another project. Then we printed the logos to flexible low micron vinyl, cut them to the perfect shape and pressed them to the front and rear of the t-shirts.
A one-off set-up cost of £20 is cheap for this sort of personalised work. Particularly as we could now print garments, transfers, posters, dome badges and even etch glass.

We created an illusion. The property owner decided to remove a brick pillar and create a single up and over door from the two original doors.
To keep it matching other properties we added a brick pillar photo to the new double door. Batcave!

A race bike with simple sponsors graphics ready for Stef Hall's Donington race meeting. Dropping a bike during a race is common so simple graphics are cost effective when budget is everything.
Stef's bike is pictured in front of one of our our vans. There we too a photo and created a single colour image. Subtle but very effective.

The design in gold vinyl was heat pressed at 160 degrees to a 100% Nylon stocking without scorching.
